Over the last few years I've really come to hate the yellow menace. So much so that I can barely appreciate that undeniably awesome MP version that's just come out. Not that I have money to spend on MP's anyway, but I find it really hard to buy any version of BB anymore. Thanks Obama Hasbro!

That's how annoyed I was with Mangaboss from beast wars. It is far easier to advoid/ignore media transformers then a bad annoying toy. :lol:

I've got to agree with you on that one, Blast Cannon. Wheelie was definitely my least favorite G1 character. He'd always give Danny or the Autobots horrible advice and he had an extremely annoying voice.

My least favorite Beast Wars character was Rat Trap. He always complined about how bad he had it. He hardly contributed in the battles and he was a total as@ to everyone.

And my least favorite human from the cartoons was Billy and Fred. The pair only contributed annoyance to the team, giving Megatron an annoying nickname as "Megafrog" so why did the Autobots bring them? To add moral support and a few lousy jokes?

Well, that's all that I can think of for now...

did you watch beast wars past the first couple episodes? rattrap complained a lot, but he was badass! he was second in command for a reason. most notable heroic moment: single handedly taking down ravage and his ship.

That's true. He does become more important as a Maximal in the second haf of the Beast Wars series. But he kind of slips to his old ways in Beast Machines. A little annoying and he has a great deal of difficulty fighting, until he's able to hack into the Cybertonian mainframe.

i made a long winded post about rattrap a while ago.... i think its appropriate to reiterate here :grin:

he once again had to find himself, but now had to do so without any of his previous arsenal. being reformatted didnt help much either as he couldnt transform. and even after all that, he learns to transform only to find a robot mode devoid of weapons. which leads to the other doing worse than hating him, they pity him and find him useless. these feeling come to a head in the BM episode titled "the weak component" which i found equally as powerful as "code of hero".

after this, rattrap finds new strengths and abilities which evidently make him cast off his doubt and gain acceptance with the rest of the maximal crew.

to me anyways, thats a powerful amount of character development.

Design wise, I don't like the Battlechargers. Simply flat useless figs. But then again, back in the 80s, we actually used our imaginations to compensate.

I do own a set too despite not liking them :lol:

Why'd I get them? Because they were so lonely in the flea market stand I got them from.........no one bought them after nearlya week and the vendor was virtually giving them away. Another thing, their decals don't mean squat...they won't adhere properly. :BOOM:
