When playing the game, I just crave toys for all the characters, and just think of the possibilities! There's so much Army Building, a handful of generic Autobot, Decepticon and Starscream's Army troops would be sick, as well as a Brute figure for each Army. Repaints would be welcome because it's all about army building.

Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper and Soundwave are not enough. Starscream's easy, and repaint of Thundercracker and Skywarp would be guaranteed. Ratchet and Ironhide could share the same mold. Figures for the rest of the main cast, Air Raid, Jetfire, Brawl, Warpath, Shockwave etc would be brilliant.

There just needs to be more figures for the characters from this Game. From the TV Screen to the shelves, having only a small portion of figures for WFC in Generations will make it fail like WW in Transformers Titanium. Omega Supreme, Trypticon.. I know that getting more figures past the 5 that we know of is unlikely, but damn, this game is Legend.

I concur, wholeheartedly!! I can't state that enough. I actually think that Hasbro's missing the train a bit on this because all these characters would do well, and would make for wicked cool toys!!

Also, not wanting to spend $1,000+ dollars on a PC that can actually run the game isn't ridiculous. I have a brand new computer that I bought this year, and it doesn't meet the system requirements. And I'm not interested in buying a gaming system and a TV set just to play one game.

It all depends on how much you dig the series. Buying a gaming console is more of a practical approach. And, well besides the game there might even be a supporting animation series.

Jumping into the fray here....

I'd like to see a dedicated WFC toyline one reason: size variation.

The Generations line doesn't produce anything larger than a deluxe toy. What's worse is that there no size variation whatsoever. Now in the game (as well as various other TF universes), Bumblebee is roughly half to two thirds the height of Optimus. I bought OP and Bee, and placing them side by side looks ridiculous, as Bee is the same height as OP (yeah, the same bot who has a size complex). Worse, he actually looks bulkier than Prime due to his larger head. Even among the playable bots, you've got quite a bit of size variation between the Leader, soldier and scout classes.

A dedicated line would place OP and Megs in at least voyager class, which would at least look more in scale with the smaller scouts and certain soldiers like Sideswipe.

I've seen some Cybertronian models at both wallyworld and TRU. but i didn't know there was a FPS. didn't see it at target or wallyworld. and for those looking to acquire the game, here be the Pc spec's:

Microsoft Windows
* PC Processor Type: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E4300 processor, AMD Athlon™ 64 x2 Dual Core 4000 processor
* PC Processor Speed: 2GHz
* PC Operating System: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
* PC System Memory: 2GB RAM
* PC Hard Drive Space: 9GB
* PC Video: 256MB DirectX 9.0c-compatible NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GT or ATI Radeon X1900 video cards (excluding NVIDIA 8400 and Radeon HD2400, HD2600 and HD3450 video cards)
* PC Sound Card: 16-bit DirectX 9.0c-compatible sound cards
* PC Drive Type and Speed: DVD-ROM 6x

looks like it's less demanding than BioShock2. which sadly my rig won't play. :sad: so this game is now on my radar. I'll comment on toys, after i get my mits on it.
Grails:
Bots: G1 Bumblebee; Balance of Aerialbots(I have Air Raid)
parts: Overload's arms. Wanted badly

man my wife has an E8400 w/8GB RAM, a NVIDIA 9800GTX+ and 500GB of HD space so I think she could play that game no problem. I wonder if she can handle BioShock/

Back to the topic. I don't like the fact that WFC OP and Megs are deluxes. When I saw how large the Bumblebee figure was, and saw how small Prime was I was kinda disappointed. To me this is what they did to Universe Galvatron and I think that is one of Hasbro's many deadly sins. However so far, everything else is fine.
Take note Hasbro. Prime should be bigger than Bumblebee.

Indeed he should! I'm actually wondering why they didn't just make WFC Bumblebee the same size as the Classics version, which would have been perfect in comparison to Op. As is, the WFC Bumblebee looks too much like the Kool-Aid Man with that bulbous body and stick thin legs, lol.

Any how, I'd love it if we got Voyager sized versions of Optimus and Megraton, Shockwave and Warpath to name a few.

Weapon: Sword
Since Hasbro usually needs at least a year to go from idea to product, I seriously doubt any new WFC figures that have not yet been announced will be coming. The "wait and see how they sell" comment may not mean much since the time to roll out these figures is now, not a year and a half from now.

The Transformers Movie game saw a few game-based figures but not many after the first few waves. They basically just padded the initial movie line much like WFC figures are padding the Generations line right now. Plus Prime is coming out with a whole new line of toys.

There is hope. Maybe WFC 2 will happen and Hasbro can make more game-based toys. Or maybe they have planned production of a few more characters but have been quiet about them. Slim chance.

That is such a shame if they don't have more WFC toys because there is so many great designs. Especially the ones that need a larger toy class. I hope Prime is going to be a good show but there are no toys for it in the forseeable future (according to Hasbro.)
