Wolverine, quite easily. It's hard to beat a man who can never die. What's Ryu gonna do, stab Logan to death? Because they've tried that, among other things.

I think there's a difference between Ryu potentially not being able to kill Logan (something that may or may not be the case given his healing factor's return to something less obscene), and Ryu being able to put Logan down long enough for it to be considered a win for Ryu. I think Ryu might be able to incapacitate or take out Logan without killing him. Ryu's not exactly a pushover.

Ryu Hayabusa by KO. There's no way Logan should ever get ahold of Ryu. That and Ryu attacks & moves way faster than Logan, not taking into account his Ninpo Magic & superior agility.

And then Wolverine gets up, hunts down Ryu, and continues the cycle until Ryu is finally dead.

So Ryu's fast, big deal, Logan's taken down things much worse. And it's not so much getting a hold on Ryu, it's more like getting a claw on him. Though IN him is more appropriate.
