In all fairness, look at the team he's wound up with. Sideswipe is an egotistical slacker, Grimlock is an idiot obsessed with fighting, Strongarm has a a stick up her tailpipe, and Fixit... Okay, Fixit actually does his job (with a few errors, he tries though), but he could still use some speech theremin... speech theropod.... speech THERAPY! And they don't listen. Grimlock doesn't listen, Sideswipe doesn't listen, even freakin' Strongarm, miss By-The-Book herself, doesn't listen half the time. Can you blame him for having complaints?

Eh, Rattrap might not be pleasant to deal with, but he's shown he could at least keep the Axalon crew mostly on track while Optimus was gone. So I think his management style is gonna be more productive than "What's that, boy? Wheelie's trapped down the Well of All Sparks?"

I think Servo might be our winner...

Assuming we're playing by "Air Bud" rules and he even qualifies.
