I'll echo Armada Sideswipe. Chunky, limited articulation and looks like garbage. Seriously, it looks like total trash.
Payload might've been cool... except if you breathe on him too heavily parts start falling off. Cosmic rust taken to the extreme!
The Throttlebots. Honestly, would've been better to leave the robot mode out of them and sell them as cars!
ROTF Rampage. Just... ugh. Way too small, arms can't move. It looks horrid, and normally I love movie designs!
HA Sideswipe. Effin' huge backpack and legs can't move worth crap. The Deluxe version is a billion times better. And less top heavy. And can move better!
Any modern toy without elbow or knee joints, actually. It's one of my pet peeves. It's not 1984 anymore, designers!

I thought the Throttlebots were quite cool actually, especially Goldbug. Surely they're no worse than Runamuck and Runabout, and they were OK?

WFC Prime has a very cool and well executed transformation. The only problem with him is that his alt mode is kind of boring. (Well, and it would be cooler if he were Voyager class.) I don't the WFC BB is such a bad figure; but WFC Prime is definitely the better of the two.
I cant compare seeing as I do not own WFC BB but I personally think WFC Optimus is not a very good figure. His robot mode is alright but doesnt do it for me. His vehicle mode, just looks like,.... crap to me. I guess given his style it's a matter of personal taste, but can not stand him personally.
Really? I just got that Optimus and really like it. I find the vehicle mode to be the right mix of alien and resembling a cab. And I appreciate the lack of doors and windows since it would never have a driver.
But, mine did have a leg that moved too easily, and a foot attached at the wrong angle. So it doesn't work well in robot mode. I plan to get a second for that. Plus it is easy to pop off the exhaust ports when transforming, although just as easy to pop them back on. So technically it's also the worst mold I own.
I think WFC Bumblebee is a pretty good figure, and WFC Optimus is even better. He's definitely the best Deluxe Optimus I own.

The feet are on ball joints; but they can be very tight to twist. They will twist, though. Don't be afraid.

Actually I'd like to take that back if I may (sorry Guzzle).
Easily the worse ever mold I've ever owned is the cheap, nasty, crappy G1 Shockwave KO I purchased about nine months ago.
It is so crappy, I obviously had to hide it, in the deep, dark recesses of my mind. Right from day one I regretted that purchase. Wonky legs that meant it couldn't stand up properly without leaning to one side or the other. Cheap, nasty, horrid plastic with stress marks already straight out of the box. Loose joints that means his arms are about a limp as a two day old salad in alt' mode, which renders the gun useless, unless you want to shoot the floor!
This really is a giant piece of steaming Sh1t, please nobody else buy one!

How do you guys feel about Universe/Henkei Ironhide/Ratchet? I've read some people hate the mold.
honestly I like it.they could do with being able to hold a decent gun but Ill deal
I think it's a pretty good mould. The vehicle mode isn't perfect, but aside from the many panel lines and the badly matching windows, it's pretty good, and I like the robot mode as well aside from the down-facing head and the not terribly good gun (I still don't have Ratchet, however). The mould that immediately comes to mind would be Cybertron Runamuck, and, by extension, Armada Sideswipe, whom I don't have. The vehicle mode is realistic, but isn't a particularly interesting or cool car, and the robot mode is awful, between the lack of knees, and bad arms, the just not looking very good. I also don't really like the Classics Deluxe Prime mould from the two-pack, but at least the robot mode isn't bad.
Glad to know you guys think so!
To be honest, I feel the same way about the mold. Sure, the "jigsaw" windows look off in alt-mode, but the overall figure is pretty decent. A lot of people place the mold near the category of Universe Galvatron in terms of appeal. I suppose its more of personal taste than anything. I do recommend Henkei Ratchet if you ever get around to it. The Hasbro one is alright but it lacks in detail. If you prefer a more "G1" look, the Henkei version is the way to go. Hopefully they aren't going for the $80 mark like some Henkei are.

WFC Optimus Prime is definitely my favorite of the WFC line. Bumblebee is a great figure, but I do wish he'd be a little smaller, or better yet, I wish Prime was Voyager like some of you have mentioned. Megatron is a close second. I'm not so sure how I feel about Soundwave though. I was slightly disappointed in him but I will say he's a decent figure. He just needed to be a little more bulky. I honestly can't wait to start customizing their paint scheme.

Granted, it was practically free, and I wasn't expecting much out it, but it's the only figure I ever owned that actually felt genuinely CHEAP...

Kind of a tough question for me; since I was very picky about bot mode aesthetics even when collecting G1 figures as a kid. So there is a lot of bad stuff that I didn't buy. Having skipped out entirely on the '90s lines helps in that regard, too.
But looking back, G1 Wheelie sticks out in my mind for lameness. Forget for a moment, if you can, the lameness of the character and just look at the toy. The car is reasonably cool looking (and I think that's why I got him at all); but the bot is just awful. The shoulders are at the same level as the head; the head sculpt looks dopey; he's got a ridiculous visor; he's got gorilla arms and no hands. Yeah, he's a mini-bot so compromises must be made. But lots of mini-bots look better than this. Like, all of them. Even hook-arms Brawn.
(And while I'm picking on G1, Ironhide/Ratchet and Blurr are also fodder for this question. But I didn't buy them.)

This.
Things just keep falling apart as I transformed him the first time (and the second time, and the third time... No, wait, I think I only transformed him two times, ever, since I hate the transformation process so much!)
He's the figure that made me go; "what the hell did I just bought?!"
Plus his hands aren't really clicked / locked / secured in any way whatsoever, just kinda folded into claws and that's it. Gotta wonder, aren't the designers can easily put some kind of tabs on the hands to secure the claws or something? So they're genius enough to be able to design a transformable robot, but not to fix the claws? That's kinda hard to believe, really.
BUT! I gotta admit that after a while he's grown on me, and I do finally able to lock his hands by making him hold his whips in between his claws, making his hands feel more solid in general.
I also love his animal-like, four-legged design (the reason why I bought him in the first place) giving a diversity in my humanoid Transformers collection. A really unique and awesome visual in my opinion.
At least he's cool to look at, if only he's a bit bigger. I agreed on the "too small" part; he'd be an awesome figure if he was made as a voyager class.

Some more...
The ROTF bike sisters. Dear lord. 2007 Arcee was a good mold, but these three... two if you're going by actual mold are just sad. Hasbro gave up on them, for Primus' sake!
Armada Sideways. When the mini-cons you came with can combine to form a better robot mode than what you've got... Seriously, unposable, stumpy arms and legs and the non-masked head is just sad.

ROTF Mixmaster - what's the point of these modern overly complicated transformations. What kid wants to play with a Transformer that takes ages to transform? Imagine staging a battle and taking ages to transform one character?
All these overly complicated TF's could form their own line named after the title a friend of mine has christened the next Transformer film:
