1 or 2 weeks ago I went on iTunes to buy some "The Who" songs and I found out some of the songs were $1.29. Now, I didn't really mind since I only saw 2 songs that were $1.29. But, when I wanted to buy "Led Zeppelin" songs...all of their songs their songs were $1.29. Wtf. I thought all songs were supposed to be .99$!
Now what really got me pissed was that when I was looking through their "Motorhead" catalog, over half of their albums were gone! What the *******************************************************

the economy sucks. itunes raised their prices on popular songs because... well because they can. they know people will pay it. welcome to big heartless companys. they removed motorhead because they wanted to make room for the next 5 kanye west craps, or 5 million soulja boi remixes. if something isnt selling they give it the axe.

I know, it sucks to have good taste in music now at days.

Not exactly. iTunes changed their prices to three tiers, .69, .99, $1.29. They removed the copy protection as well. Click here to be informed

I hopped on the UK store and apparently they still have all the Motorhead albums on the UK store but only half on the US store...

EDIT: So it looks like I can't buy in the UK store. ******************************!!!!!!!!

Yup itunes sucks which is why I prefer to buy my music on cd and rip it with media player for my archos and my iphone.

Another thing that sucks is that I couldn't download the free Tropic Thunder ipod version that came with my blu-ray as I have to be on the UK iTunes as the Irish version(which has the exact same catalogue except in Euro) doesn't have a video store even though the UK & Ireland is a single market for all media which means they have the copyright to do so. As a result I downloaded it in wmv for my archos.

iTunes is the only place where I can get music that I want... :-(
