Awesome ! Perfect scale for classics wheelie, traditional scout class. Bet he will be in my POL before Talon.

I like the size but he is a paler orange than I expected.

Wheelie is the one exception I would like to keep in his small scale but all the other 'mini-bots' I prefer to see them in a real scale sizing.
Confusing for some, I know, but he Wheelie should be a little bitty bot!!

That's the way i like my minibots these days,Alt modes not really an issue but i need the robot to be at least deluxe .
Wheelie doesn't really matter since he's a cybertronian car and he's a little fella so there's nothing he needs to scale to in the real world.

Re: X-Transbots Master Mini Series MM-IV Ollie (G1 Not-Wheelie)
Think $59.99 is a insanely high to pay for a 3rd party Scout scaled toy. To make matters worse it's wheelie.
Thought the Hasbro GDO Wheelie and Hasbro 25th legends Wheelie were great enough toys. to not want to pay 3rd party prices for a 3rd party wheelie toy. Could care less if a G-1 wheelie's update toy has a earth or cybertron alt mode.
Barely had enough love for Wheelie to shell out $5 for the Hasbro 25th toy. The love is just not their to fork over $59.99 plus for a 3rd party Wheelie toy.

Hm, not so sure about that! Even this picture of lil Legends (or whatever theyre called these days) Wheelie looks too large for my liking!

Perhaps a company like Ark Studio or one of the newer Hasbro/Shapeways may tackle a highly articulated version, but keeping him super small?
Maybe Perfect Effect might go back to doing some of their awesome tiny figures?

Heck, Im surprised we havent seen a KFC mock up of Mugan Wheelie yet, although that would still be too large for my display!!

Haha or a cassette with 7 repaints

I personally couldn't have a wheelie smaller than a legends but if the purpose is to display him with grimlock then i get what you mean .
This wheelie is perfect size for my collection needs and the only one i will ever need to buy .
I seem to be looking at TF latley like it's the only version i will ever need , it's helping a lot with money and space

I can't see why anybody would want a Wheelie to be honest. He's like the Jar-Jar Binks of Transformers, except Jar-Jar was actually sort of funny.

Wheelie is the one RARE instance where I prefer vintage toy scale over cartoon scale. Wheelie was a mini bot so I say keep him scout class to scale with bumblebee, cliffjumper, windcharger, etc. Screw that human sized bot crap. Hes not a nebulan in an exo suit or an armada minicon. This scale is perfect, exactly how wheelie should have been in the cartoon. It will be replacing my legends wheelie. My orange jazz with a wheelie head will also be going in the storage bin soon.

I'm honestly surprised Windcharger wasn't redecoed into Wheelie. That mold, even if it is a bit off for Wheelie, makes a whole lot more sense than the RTS Jazz mold (as much as I love it).

No thanks, This is wheelie, one of the most annoying G-1 characters. That rhymes when he talks, has almost no fighting skills and was one of the weakest Autobots in 1986-1987. Rather take a $50 bill and throw it out the car window, Instead of buying a exspensive 3rd party Wheelie toy.

yeah. if you harbor this much hate for the character itself, why even comment on on an expensive 3P version of him?megatronus wrote:Don't like it? While I agree with you that Wheelie is annoying, he is still part of G1. My attachment is to G1 itself, not any particular character. So no matter how much I hated a characters persona, that wont stop me from buying an awesome update to that character. I hated the way Computron would pause and "compute" in the middle of a fist fight. But as silly as it I thought it was, that wont stop me from buying Quantron.

car mode doesnt have enough color breaks. looks like its still in the prototype phase.
robot mode is spot on though. looks like a fun lil toy.
