http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transform ... as-18.html Over at the TFW boards, I read a recent thread today. Where a TFW member named, Trikeboy, says he asked, X-transbots if they were still doing MP Galvatron. X-Transbots responded back with, We are working on it.

Trikeboy speculates With the eventual release of X-T MP Scourge. With Cyclonus pictured on box art for other products. That a X-T MP Tyrant Galvatron toy might be coming.

According to Trikeboy, The Jizaitoys Galvatron mock up was done for UT Mania king and also intended for the X-Transbots Tyrant, Galvatron toy.

I'm just reporting what I heard and that was months ago. It shouldn't be taken as anything other than rumor. In the time since then, it may have been cancelled. Tyrant still has a place on their website though. I didn't say I was confident, just that clues are pointing to a release such as their Scourge and also Cyclonus being on box art for other products. I'm no insider on this.

Takara was rumored to have a MP Galvatron coming , Right ? if not i can wait iv'e not had Maniaking that long and same for XT Megatron i can wait for Takara and enjoy Hegemon a bit longer without any MP taking there shine .

Plus i don't like the proportions on XT Megs it all looks wrong to me mainly the hips , maybe some color will help ? but i still don't think it complements MP-10 .

Takara is rumoured to have MP-every0major-character in development. I'm down for a Galvatron. He's one of my favourites.

But if the arm doesn't bend the right way and the head doesn't hide properly I may just have to walk away.

With a better paint job I'd be down for that. At least until Takara gets off their asses.

Where did you hear the rumor from? I've never heard HasTak spread this rumor. Never even heard fans spread this rumor?

What I do keep reading online is fans speculations and wish list. based off Previous MP TF toy releases and the Takara designers interviews teases that they want to release more Decepticons MP toys. But honestly more decepticons could be anyone.

Wanting-desiring to and saying where doing it right now, is two different things. Never ever read online from any HasTak desinger that they were currently hard at work creating more 100% brand new Decepticons MP toys.

Anyways I love the 1986 Galvatron Character enough to get more than one MP styled toy of it. If 3rd parties and HasTak are all creating MP Galvatron toys, I'll get as many of them as I want. as long as I like the toys sculpt, scale, engineering, colors and articulation.

I have only herd it a couple of times this year , there's no buzz behind it , like i said it was rumored .

Yes, that is a rumor. A rumor that has been around since MP Rodimus was confirmed soooo how many years is that now? 3? 4? However long it's been doesn't really matter. It was a rumor started by fans because of what HasTak "has to do next". When Rodimus was announced, there were no rumors of a new Optimus, new Starscream & Seekers, Soundwave or cassettes, Autobot cars, none of it. We are 11+ MPs later since that rumor started and I think HasTak has proven what they think of fans "have to do" list.

Do you guys remember that when the MP-02 Magnus came out, the rumor was that they were going to make a separate trailer/armor for it? MP-04 Convoy having a trailer was taken as confirmation of that by some people and look what we're finally getting in a couple months. A $200 dollar version of the exact opposite.

Don't believe rumors. At least, don't use them to influence what you buy. It never works out that way. I'll take an third party item in hand over waiting for a rumored official one any day.

It's far too basic and rounded and imo it's not MP worthy .
