Awesome stuff!

It sounds like a fun book to pick up. Drawing Transformers must be more complex than the superhero comics.

Oh man, I'm sure that the Photoshop colourings of the artwork in that book is going to be wicked awesome. Aren't I right, Whisper?

I'm more interested in actually drawing the things, as opposed to my usual PS 'hackery'... :)

Does anyone ever learn to draw anything from these books? Those who are capable of drawing draw without the need of such devices and those who are incapable purchase the book and leave it to go unused after several failed, lopsided attempts at their favorite characters.

Drawing is an innate talent that many, including myself, are without.

Well, I do know how to draw myself, but drawing does take practice and patience. Then again, I truelly believe anyone can draw, it's all in the way of learning how to use the right side of your brain.

I do find some of the ideas in some books usefull, at least it's good practice and fun. :)

I can draw, but even if I get the book or look at a comic to try and draw that way, whatever I draw will sometimes look goofy the first time or couple that I do them. When I tried to draw the head of Bart Simpson, it must have taken at least 9 tries before I started to get his head looking right, and he is a simple line drawing. If I try drawing Transformers, which I definately want to try doing, I KNOW I will be erasing a lot until I get it right. And as I have said on another post, I have been drawing for 20+ years.

Finally a book where I can learn to draw better TF's. My previous attempts have been crap. Proberly pick this book up.

Will this book be available in the USA? I'm ashamed to say I probably couldn't draw a decent Transformer if my life depended on it.
