You may know about my fav Unicron trilogy character thread. So heres one for animated!

Lugnut, totally. GLORIOUS! Also, his P.O.K.E is awesome and hilariously flawed. My fave scene is in Rise of the Constructicons, when megs stops him from punching the Constructicons. Lug falls back into the mine and there's a huge explosion. breif pause. "I'm okay!" :lol:

Prowl....what I like Prowl something about him being a cyberninja and ninja's are an auto win in my book

Megatron, so what he was a head and hand in lab for most of series doesn't me he didn't do anything, he helped create Soundwave, Had Nanosec steal some fuel(while nanosec did fail that doesn't fall back on megatron) He even managed to play Sumdac like a fool.

And finally I gotta give props to Screamer who in the very first ep managed to do the one thing all but, Cybertron incarnation failed to do and that is trump megatron!

Oh god yes. Lugnut is by far the most amusing character in the whole show. That and the Punch of Kill Everything(P.O.K.E.) is just epic. The guy is basically just a total Megatron fanboy, and god I love him for it.

Just ONE favorite Animated character?? Tough one indeed! I can't narrow it down to just one, so I will list the top 3.

Megatron. Just one of the most insipid, conniving, hilarious versions in animation to date. Pure Decepticon....just delicious!

Shockwave. Voiced by Corey Burton alone should mean "WIN!" Also one of the best versions in animation to date.

and last, but FAR from least.....

Swindle. He brought sexy back. Nuff said.

really all but optimus, Bumblebee, and bulkhead (but i dont like any optimus or yellow kid friendly character really).

1: Blurr, for my fav line, "The name's not zippy!"
2: Screamer: Love to make fun of him and call him spongebob! "I'm too young to be offline!"
3: Swindle: He was just damn cool... I wish I could find his toy for cheap!

To be noted: I HATE Optimus, Bulkhead, Ratchet, and shockwave. To be nerdy... I cried when Prowl died!

All but Lockdown (hate the bounty hunter cliche), Blitzwing, Wreck Gar and the Constructicons.

One of the best Megatrons.

Lugnutz, I love the ridiculously loyal Cons and he had an awesome voice.

Wasp - so tragic. Those screams in the Transwarp chamber always get to me.

The Seekers. Great personalities and we got Slipstream.

Prowl - how G1 Prowl should be. Though I prefer his G1 appearance.

Bulkhead - Broadway from Gargoyles in voice and personality.

Rachet: I just love the crochety old bot.

Jazz: Very G1-ish homage, awesome alt.mode.

Blitzwing: Just an awesome personality.

1) Shockwave. My favorite decepticon ever created, He took down Magnus, Blurr and technically Wasp. And was Just a really great character to have in the series.

2) Ramjet " Dont worry I wont shoot!" :lol:

I hated the cartoon to be honest. To the point that despite getting into it I've only watched like 5 episodes all the way through. One of them was the back story between Sentinel Prime, Optimus, and Elita-1/Black Arachnia. As a result of that episode and the last one (where Sentinel faces off against Black Arachnia) there's only one character that I didn't hate in the series that had screentime. And that's Sentinel Prime.

I don't get the hate he gets. But then most of the fan base are under the age of 15 so they couldn't get the complexities of the character. Here's a guy who granted had a bad idea, but he was willing to die to protect his girlfriend. His best friend Optimus drug him out of there. How would you feel about someone that did that to you and got your girlfriend killed? You'd hate him wouldn't you? I know I would. Good intentions or not.

His rigid by the book mentality and standoffishness were both for the same reason. He damn sure wasn't going to lose another soldier under his command due to not following the rules, and if he did manage to have a subordinate killed they weren't going to be someone close to him. He never would let someone get close to him after Elita-1 for fear of feeling what he did the first time. His hatred of organics stems from that incident as well. Hard to blame him when organics killed his girl in his eyes.

Then there's what happens when he finds out that Elita-1 didn't die. But was instead warped into the two things Sentinel hated most: A half organic Decepticon. Worse still she blames him for what happened and hates him. He, while still in love with her, couldn't handle all of that and decided that it would be best to die together. That's what that last battle was really about. He wanted to end things. Let her get her vengeance, and let her rest in peace. Surprisingly complex character in a show that sniffed it's own farts and fapped to past shows.

1.) Bulkhead, he's a freaking genius AND kick some ass. Not to mention an artist. He sounds kinda like Seth Rogen too, just a clumsy guy trying to do the right thing.

2.) Lugnut, for similar reasons that someone else mentioned, "GLORIOUS MEGATRON!". I find his loyalty amusing and respectable, like a dog. Everybody loves dogs except for crazies. (j/k to the crazies).

3.) Blitzwing, because transforming into tank mode while while over a lake made my day.

Bonus: Most hated!

X.) Sentinel Prime, I'm sure everyone will agree. Dudes a dick with no redeemable quality. How he became a Prime is beyond me.
