Marvel Shockwave - pretty much every other Shockwave was overshadowed by him.

Honorable mention: Shockblast from Energon - it is nice to have a Traitorous Shockwave from time to time.

Does my favorite Shockwave have to be an official Hasbro one?

Just to be on the safe side, I'll go with Energon Shockblast, but a customized one. Not that I own one, but I've seen some really cool custom Shockblast's with a G1-accurate blaster arm and purple paint job.
