Yeah i know, energon sucks, but the other two i liked a lot. These series were the first ones i watched. So this is for your favorite Bot or Con rom Armada, Energon, & Cybertron.

Mine is Cyclonus/Snow Cat. He can be irritating, but he has my fav line in the entire trilogy; "MY BUTT! WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY POOR BUTT!" :lol:

My favorite would have to have been Starscream minus energon he was just litteral tool in energon first by Alpha Q then by Megatron/Galvatron(atleast they got the colors right)

The American versions of Super Link (Energon) and Galaxy Force (Cybertron) suck. Especially Cybertron. From Super Link, my favorite character was Roadbuster (Ironhide). He was the most fun out of all three shows, though the Japanese story itself from Galaxy Force was really good, making all the characters outstanding.

Having only seen Armada (the other two shows looked like rubbish, so I never watched them), I would say Blurr was my favourite. He was as cool as a cucumber and looked awesome too. Great character, in my opinion.

Though I have a give a honourable mention to Wheeljack and the Mini-Cons that made up the Star Saber. I loved those little dudes!

Energon and Cybertron were the best ones. Armada's only cool because they introduce the mini-cons and put Starscream withe Autobots for a change.

Of those guys (who are probably the only characters I actually liked) I'm going to say it's between Cybertron Starscream and Energon Arcee.

Toywise? Armada Sidways and Energon Arcee hands down.

Since the Unicron Trilogy is my favorite era in TF lore (I'm sure I'm alone in that one, lol), I'm going to name my fav characters from both sides in each series.

Armada
Autobot -- Hot Shot. Because he's a more rebellious version of Hot Rod, and he's more interesting (and capable, in my opinion) than any of the Bumblebees. He was able to wield the Star Saber without hardly any sword training and held his own against Megatron, and his domed helmet design always really appealed to me for some reason. Especially when he was reformatted (read: re-colored), his colors really popped and his design stood out even more for me.

Decepticon -- Tidal Wave. Although I have to say, Wheeljack was an extremely close second. But Tidal Wave is just such an awesome character, in my opinion. First of all, his name is perfect for a Decepticon killing machine. Second, his boss fight in the Armada PS2 game was unforgettable - he's the only boss in gaming history, that I'm aware of, whose body is actually the entire level you play through to reach him. And then there's his scale and firepower. Although they eventually toned him down for the rest of the series, his original appearance episode kept in scale with the PS2 boss fight, which was basically almost Godzilla-sized. For a large portion of the battle, he fired missiles at the Autobots on the beach from his Dark Fleet mode out in the ocean. When he finally transformed and came ashore, he towered over Optimus. That was the first time I'd ever really prayed for Optimus to receive a royal beatdown.

Energon
Autobot -- Probably Downshift, although I really liked Inferno as a crackshot sniper in this series. Downshift didn't really do anything significant, but he was always there in the background, and his design was an amazing-looking overhaul of G1 Wheeljack. He was more of a support warrior, and he rolled with Bulkhead's crew if memory serves me correctly. I'm also using him as a fairly important character in a fan fic I'm working on, though, so that might be why I'm biased toward such a minor character.

Decepticon -- Sixshot. Almost chose Snowcat, but Sixshot has one of the best death scenes in TF lore that I just couldn't resist. He's not as psychotic as his brother Shockblast, but his character was fun to keep an eye on, constantly aggravating Galvatron by being the royal prick of his command. I'd always wondered what Sixshot and Shockblast would have been like together, just roaming the galaxy plundering worlds and killing people. They were both in maximum-security prisons when they were found, so they were both obviously notorious criminals. For those who never finished Energon, though, I'll go ahead and tell you his death scene - Galvatron bathes in a super-powered Energon spring and grows to Godzilla size, then steps on him when he sees him coming down the hall.

Cybertron
Autobot -- Backstop. The Rastafarian guru martial arts master of Jungle Planet. I always liked his stocky bulk, the fact that he's a feared master and trainer of the planet's resident tyrant, and that his alt is a rhino. He never really gets to do anything all that important, but you get the sense that he could go toe to toe with Megatron and probably rough him up a bit. And he's also a favorite because he's sort of the spiritual successor to Rhinox - the peace-loving, wise brute whom everyone likes and fears at the same time. Cybertron didn't turn him into a killing machine, steal his humanity (Transformanity?), and butcher his character, though, so that's a plus for Cybertron.

Decepticon -- Emperor Starscream. Was actually gonna say Undermine, but then I realized that he didn't do anything except look cool with his green T-Rex self. This is my favorite Starscream design in all of TF lore, and my favorite representation of his character. At this point in the Trilogy, he's fallen out of the influence of Megatron (as he was in Energon - although this was never really explained), and is basically just an evil, bitter lone wolf pretending to be Megatron's loyal servant. Cybertron is the only series in which Starscream is actually a feared villain, on par with (and even worse than) Megatron. It's the only series in which he recruits his own team of loyal Decepticons, and the only series in which HE FIGHT PRIMUS. That alone was the series highlight for me. For anyone who hasn't seen Cybertron through to its end, Starscream grows to planet size and tries to crush Cybertron, and ends up in a duel with Primus. Of course, he gets his ass kicked. But still, he's the only Decepticon in history to actually stand up to Primus like that.

Wow, I didn't know there was a Sixshot character in Energon?!?!

I may just have to grit my teeth and watch energon again.
(The first time I tried watching it I only made it to episode 15 before I got fed up with it.)
