If this is the case, it would be awesome if he comes packaged with Ravage, Rumble, Frenzy and Ratbat to reflect the scene in the movie where Soundwave sends out all of his cassettes to attack Blaster, though I suppose if they did that it would probably bump up the price to more than an average Voyager?

Depends on how it's marketed if it's a subline then yes but if it's just a different image on the lower part of the box like all he other different movies, then probably not. It's a wait and see game till the first figure is officially revealed.
