Hi all, just got back from Burger King in Owings Mills (Maryland) ...
I bought JETFIRE. He was worth the dollar... Probably not much more than that, though.
The Care Bear is the yellow one (SUNSHINE BEAR), if anyone's curious.

Jetfire is ... as you'd expect. His cockpit pulls out before folding down, but other than that, no surprises, detachable tail is still a put-off.
On the plus side, he's fairly large for a kid's meal TF, and reasonbly show-accurate for one as well.
Worth noting is that the instructions have words to go with the pictures, somethign which McDonalds didn't do for Armada, and which Hasbro hasn't done since Beast Machines.
Also, the web page has pics of the toys, along with the boxart and a quote for each of the four TFs.
