Neither Canada nor the US has gotten the wave 2 deluxes in yet. And I thought Jhiaxus was already available at Geekstuff, no? (could be I am mixing up with the studio series voyagers, which they got super early)

Not at big box retailers, anyway. I've seen the entire deluxe wave and I have Wildrider and Tarantulas.
Especially since Prime Predaking's transformation is nothing like TM2 Megatron's.o.supreme wrote:As stylized as they are making Prime characters...it would be kind of crazy of we got a Prime Predaking heavy retool from TM2 Megatron in addition to the obvious/ easy Cryotek repaint.

He's closer to Jazz than Predaking is to Megatron, at least.o.supreme wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Especially since Prime Predaking's transformation is nothing like TM2 Megatron's.o.supreme wrote:As stylized as they are making Prime characters...it would be kind of crazy of we got a Prime Predaking heavy retool from TM2 Megatron in addition to the obvious/ easy Cryotek repaint.
Is Knockouts transformation anything like Jazz?
Looks to me from these pics that he does have shoulder cannons, you can see them behind the windshield in the alt mode pic and in both of the back of the box renders, they just aren't deployed in the robot mode pic (where the back kibble seems to be oriented differently) and they're not necessarily big like, say, Skullgrin's back cannons.Tracytron54321 wrote:Crankcase: I was hoping the hood of the alt-mode would have made his big shoulder cannons and the reason we didn't see it in that earlier photo of him was just that it was a detachable accesory, like the designers or executives were worried that non-fans would find it ugly, so they designed it so it could be detached and become a pair of giant hand held guns instead. Idk, sounds like something Hasbro would do, but apparantly they just completely ditched it unfortunately. Hopefully a third party company will fix that.
Honestly? The only alt mode parts that end up in the "wrong" place on Legacy Knock Out's bot mode are the front tires and the doors, everything else is a match that just happens to be stylistically different. The only things that TM2 Megs and Prime Predaking share, meanwhile, are "is a dragon" and "has wings in both modes" (and even then, Predaking's wings compress down a good bit).o.supreme wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Especially since Prime Predaking's transformation is nothing like TM2 Megatron's.o.supreme wrote:As stylized as they are making Prime characters...it would be kind of crazy of we got a Prime Predaking heavy retool from TM2 Megatron in addition to the obvious/ easy Cryotek repaint.

He did say those were put in the "wrong" places.Tracytron54321 wrote:Agree to disagree. Knockout should have the front wheels hanging off his back and the doors on his forearms.
