Entertainment Earth updated their listing for this wave two release, giving us our first look at Hot Rod in the process. That's one red Rod.

Those flame blast effects look pretty sweet though.

It's lagniappe.
Got it ;)^

So I take we shouldn't expect to see BAF make a return?

Should we expect the quality of Cyberverse figures to continue to rise? Or is this line coming to the end of it's life cycle?

I am unreasonable excited to see Hot Rod with his flame accessories attached. He looks decent! could use more paint, but he looks pretty good overall

Oof, that Deluxe Hot Rod is very lacking in paint or other colors. I was hoping they'd be able to budget enough into this figure to make him look closer to his onscreen look:

As with the other figures, that is not a $20 looking figure, shame, they've got great designs, and are finally getting some complexity to them, but they just are not $20 figures >:oP

I dunno, I would say I'm finding while they dont look great comparatively, they do feel great to transform and they've grown on me. If they ditched the BAF element and went for better paint (and QC) I wouldn't have a single complaint. Not that I hate the BAF mind you but it's meh quality at best.

Considering some of the lack of color issue on this figure could have been settled with different color plastics, it is a bit disappointing. His thighs could have been done in yellow to better match the screen appearance, and it looks like his spoiler is red also which could have been just different plastic.

Greetings Seibertronians! As a break from all the Wonder Festival pictures, fellow Seibertron user and YouTube reviewer, Chuckdawg1999 as dropped us a line to let us know that he's done a review of one of the newest entries to the Cyberverse One-Step Changer line, Monsterbot Repungus!

Here's what Chuck has to say about this cute little monster of mayhem and we've embedded the review below for you to check out!

chuckdawg1999 wrote:This has to be one of the best if not the best One-Step Changers I've ever handled. The transformation is new and something I'd like to see used again, possibly with the other Monsterbots. The arms are by far the most articulated of any simplified figure utilizing ball-joints in the shoulders and elbows. I always say the One-Step Changers make for the perfect desk toy but Repugnus exemplifies the term. If you're someone who automatically turns their nose up at the mere mention of the phrase One-Step, you need to give this figure a look.

Will you be giving Repungus a chance? Let us know in the Energon Pub and stay tuned to Seibertron for all the latest news and reviews!

I can't recall ever handling a better 1-step-former either. A perfect downscaling of the original toy, sacrificing spark-spewing for an adorable grin.

Got him and Bludgeon at Wixom Target yesterday.

Greetings Seibertronians! Fans of the Transformers Cyberverse Deluxe Class line may want to take note as half of Wave 2 has been found in one of the Toy World in Doncaster, Australia. This was reported by the Transformers Facebook page, Till All Are Fun. Grimlock and Hotrod were found on the shelf, meaning that there's only Arcee and Thunderhowl left to see. As with all the figures in this line, each comes with another component of Maccadams, the second Transformers Build a Figure attempted after Transmutate from the Beast Wars 10th anniversary line.

We have mirrored the sighting photographs below.

That's the one part I am not too fond of. I wish it were an optional component, like with some starscreams. Will still get it though, I like what they've done with the robo feet.

In hand images of he latest scout class figure from the Transformers Cyberverse line were posted on he Cybertron Cafe Facebook page. I am referring to scout class Ramjet. We saw in package images before and it was thought that this might be the first toy in this class to be able to actually transform rather than simply transform half way. And that seems to be right....kinda. as you can see below, Ramjet can achieve a jet mode. However, the nosecone is not leveled properly. This may be due to the cranium crush gimmick. This toy and his wave mates Dead End and Optimus are currently available at Targets in the US.

Let us know what you think.

Neat. I saw that Ramjet at Target yesterday. They also had Dead End, Grimlock, and the axe-wielding Optimus in that size too.
