Same here.
But on the point on the theme,It will most likely be static. I'm currently using the Bioshock 2 theme and it is also static so I'm betting that this will MOST likely be static as well.

EDIT: Decided to Pick up my preorder (this game better be awesome) and i didnt get the theme either, asked about it and no one there knew anything about it. They even looked up all the FoC stuff on their computer and there was nothing. The preorder showed up on my power up account but all i got was the code for the G1 pack. Any ideas on why we didnt get codes for the theme?

Both the code for the G1 Retro pack and dynamic theme were on my receipt. The employee even circled both of them on the receipt. You might have overlooked it thinking it had to do with the survey code that's on there too.
