P.Prime of the TFClub has posted pictures and the following information on the 2005 boards:
We have been told the following:
The characters name is Shockblast but the license plate is "SHKWAV".
The cannon is translucent purple & that the instruction sheet is like Ravages in that they still show Jazz' head and hand.
Battle Ravage is shown on the bottom of the box.
Images are a bit blurry but are provided by Net Cafe camera so that is understandable.
