We have some more Transformers Blast Off goodness coming to us from site sponsor Robot Kingdom. They posted on their Facebook page some new in hand images of Blast Off out of his box.

While, he comes packaged with his chest in a certain orientation, as can be seen here, the images show that it is more than possible to give the toy the same look that the Unite Warriors version had, with the shuttle front being on his chest.

Is this a look you will give your toy? Or will you stick to the Movar configuraton? And what will you do with your previous Hasbro Blast Off? Let us know!

Otherwise, he looks awesome! I'll be sticking to the Movor-style chest personally, but he looks decent enough either way around. I haven't been this hyped for an exclusive since TR Brainstorm - hopefully I'll have an easier time getting Blast Off than I did trying to get him!

Found Inferno Yesterday. Just want to make sure though...the back of the box shows similar Prime Armor/Feet as Hun-Gurrr, only black, but what he actually came with was the same prime armor/feet as Starscream and Elita-1, does that match up with anyone else who has Inferno?

Now just to find those wave 2 Deluxe Dinobots and I'll be caught up with everything that's been spotted in the U.S. so far.

Yeah, that was a switch made seemingly late in production. Oddly, while the Prime Armor is made from the Seeker type, the Enigma is still redecoed from Hun-Gurrr's.

They overdid it. I guess coloring the individual sections and leaving the struts(?) as is would have been too complicated compared to a single smear. :lol:

Still hate the junky-looking obvious arms in shuttle mode but eh at least it's still the shuttle and not the extra-lazy aerialbot repaint from combiner wars. Slight nostalgia for my old G1 Combaticons wasn't enough for me to buy any of them though.

Well yeah, scale was one of the things I hated most in G1 and the Combaticons were one of the biggest offenders since they didn't even look right with their own team-mates in alt-mode. Stunticons did (but then combiners have their own issues in combined form too like a lorry with car limbs wouldn't actually be as tall as a concorde with jet limbs).

Transformers as a concept is a headache in itself.

He can indeed.

The glass painting is kinda shoddy but otherwise I actually like this better than the Takara deco. I never minded the ochre-brown of Takara Blastoff but this is definitely nicer looking. Even the tampos are kinda cool in that old-timey toy way. Having them be optional stickers on a separate sheet for the consumer to apply if they wanted them might have been better, but they look cool.

Now I almost want to get him and the rest of CW Bruticus. Or at least, I would if I hadn't already decided I like the look of the UW Baldigus/Ruination set better. Still, this is cool.

I think I'll try getting this Blast Off, I like it more than the Combiner Wars jet, and the Megatronus Prime Master looks great, though part of me wishes it was Nexus Prime instead. I'm also slightly disappointed that the HFG isn't a newer one that fits a Prime Master, I was hoping to give Bruticus a pimp hand infused with the power of The Fallen, but I suppose I can borrow a hand from one of my other POTP Deluxes.

I’m down to get one as I’ve yet to experience actual Blast Off or Strafe. I just hope it won’t be a major pain in the ass to get one.

Also, translucent hinge joints on something as small as a Titan/Prime Master is a little worrying...

Glad they went with Strafe's design instead of that UW version of Blastoff with the barrel chest.

So the only question now is, is only Robot Kingdom selling this figure?

I don't like ordering from them.

Blast off is a good figure but felt very different from the other CW/UW figures. Could never figure out why. This version looks REALLY good. If it has the head fix then this might be better than Takara's version. Now, where did I put my UW set...

Blastoff and Strafe are the same design, just with the arms switched. Anyone can choose and use whichever chest they want for Blastoff (both Takara and Hasbro) and Shuttler/Movor. All you have to do is swap the arms then rotate the head and waist 180 degrees.

Amazon has a placeholder listing for Blast Off so I'd keep your eye on them.

Also found this guy yesterday. So far, I think he feels better than the other uses of the mold, and love how you can get the cannons up over his shoulders

We have some great news for fans looking forward to completing their Abominus. The third wave of Power of the Primes deluxes have been found in the US. Scottimus Prime found them at Walmart in Centereach Long Island, New York. This wave contains the remaining Terrorcons Cutthroat, Sinnertwin and Blot the troll. A MAGA-less Jazz is also repacked in this wave.

So, have all you fans found the wave 2 deluxes yet and thus ready for this new wave? Which of the three new toys are you most excited for? If you find these toys too, let the community know through the sightings section and your respective regional sightings forums!

Frikkin exactly. At this point, we have half of 2018 left, and only a single deluxe to look forward to since Wave 3 is being found. and so many figure are not being spotted by many, merely a blink and you miss it appearance.

I hate this distribution shite so so so much right now. Volcanicus is screaming for limbs that he should have had 6 months ago.

Splitting up the teams was a dumbass decision on Hasbro, especially since there were only 2 firkkin teams! and you broke 1 up by having a 3 member wave and a 5 member wave which could easily have been 4 and 4!

Remember when this same thing happened for Wave 1 and 2 of Combiner Wars, and then Hasbro said that they would never split up the combined teams again? Whatever happened to that?

The guy who said that then was promoted to head of Hasbro Italy and Hasbro replaced him with Ben Montano who chose to not follow that train of thought.

Combined Inferno with some limbs to form Infernocus, trying to match up the color schemes. I think this works fairly well, though Jazz would work better than Wheeljack but I did not feel like taking a leg off Volcanicus too.

Still can't get over Elita Inf!nite having a great ass in combined mode either. That is just hilarious that her bust became her badonkadonk. Still not sure if I will keep Her and/or Infernocus combined.

I'm also super tempted to hunt down 4 limbs based around rescue vehicles for Inferno to have his own team (and the combined form named REZ-Q, see Cobotron's Collectotron for that one), but I'm afraid of making a discount Defensor copy. And KO Defensors are also almost always red, which is worse

If you want a rescue vehicle kind of combiner for Inferno and friends (a.k.a., Firestormer), take a look at the pictures I did a while back. I used Alpha Bravo and Rook, along with Smokescreen and Jazz. Rook is a SWAT vehicle, and I think of Alpha Bravo as a coast guard rescue chopper. Other orange helicopters in Transformers have been such, so why not? I'm considering switching out Smokescreen for Ratchet on my Unite Warriors Lynx Master. That's up to three rescue vehicles for limbs, leaving Jazz the odd man out. Maybe get an extra First Aid somewhere and customize it into a G1 version of Medix?

Agree. I passed on Snarl and Sludge for Moonracer and Studio Series Stinger back in early May. Now they're the only Dinobots I need and haven't seen them since. Hasbrotoyshop finally listed them but they're sold out. WTF!?

I do remember that, but I use Rook on Defensor and don't have the CW deluxe Groove. Same with Alpha Bravo, and I don't have the Lynxmaster set from Unite Warriors. But it would be cool to have those guys to go with Inferno.

If he is display combined, Jazz is going with the girl limbs and Wreck-Gar. Got a fun head canon for those guys too, ladies night out with Jazz playing the sweet bass and Wreck-Gar is the crazy bartender for the night club and they all have to combine to fight someone and make sure their nightclub night out isn't ruined :lol:

Another place to check on long island is Androids amazing comics in sayville, they will be getting these and the wave 3 prime masters in either this week or next week. The owner said if they sell and if theres enough demand for them he'll start to stock transformers on a regular basis.

I'm the opposite. One of the reasons I haven't gone for any PotP figures yet is that I think the new hand piece is terrible. Say what you will about the HFG, it's at least got the right number of fingers. Am I the only one who thinks the Prime Armor hands are a step down?

If you guys have a bunch of Walgreens in your areas you can find the wave 2 deluxes. It might take a few different stores due to the way they distribute product though. BBTS also has Rippersnapper for $10 currently. Amazon itself seems to finally be getting them in stock now too since I just picked up two Moonracer from them a few hours ago for retail.

I actually agree with both of you in this particular case. I prefer the CW HFG's in general, but since Blast Off is a CW mold, he doesn't even have any pegs that Megatronus could be placed on. The bonus prime master is completely incompatible with the rest of the package where a PotP fist at least would have given you the option for a prime master hulk hand. I'm still getting him, and I'll probably just leave Megatronus in the package so I won't lose him.

You know, it just dawned on me that, with the addition of the five new Potpie combiners (non-Titan class ones, that is) to the way I have laid out my plans for every CW and UW combiner, the ratio of 3 Autobot Potpie combiners to two Decepticon Potpie combiners means that I'm gonna end up with one extra Autobot combiner with no matching Decepticon combiner for it to square off against.

...Unless I decide to make the extra combiner crazy enough to take on both Devastator and Predaking at the same time. 8-}

Looks like CW and UW Blast off aren't leaving their shelves like ever when I get them. I love everything about this version. from the G1 toy accurate deco to how they kept the UW gun on the Hasbro release. Hopefully POTP Punch/Counterpunch and Repugnus come in the same type of awesome box this guy comes in.
