Coolest-Gadgets.com reports that Bicycle Designer Chang Ting Jen had congested streets and public transportation in mind when he initially designed the three mode bike. The design is still in the concept stage but is said to go from a one person bicycle, to a hand cart and finally a backpack for easy handling when riding public transit. The bike is said to be designed completely of plastic, instead of the normal aluminum metal frames, that allows it to weigh in at about 5.5 kg. or 12.13 lbs.
