Seibertron.com has brought you one version of Transformers figures Ultra Magnus and Wildrider (under the name of Brake-Neck) recently - so we thought we'd go back a bit a show their Takara Tomy Arms Micron counterparts too! As the Japanese edition of the Transformers Prime line, the two figures included in the galleries below have some additional details and remolds, and the inclusion of a Micron.

AM-32 Stunt Wildrider uses the Wheeljack mold, comes with the same two swords, a whole new grey and red paintjob and new headsculpt, plus the elephant/gun Micron Ozu. AM-27 Ultra Magnus, on the other hand, is a lighter blue redeco with added micron ports of the Voyager Ultra Magnus from the Prime:RiD line, with hammer/robot Micron Ulma. I almst bought that wildrider, but glad I held out. He would just end up sitting in car mode next to the other stunticon repaints.

Glad I bought the Hasbro Ultra Magnus, but that is a mighty nice looking Wildrider.

I really like that Wheeljack mold, and that Wildrider deco works really well.

I don't regret getting this Wildrider. This way, I can have my combiner wars version as Mensasor, while still having the individual character displayed like this.

I see people looking at Stunt Wildrider and thinking "It's nice, but I prefer the CW version."

Does no one buy Prime toys to, you know, collect Prime toys?

But some are so easy to repurpose...

I did buy off-screen Prime toys for non-G1, if that counts.

The Takara Tomy Transformers Arms Micron line brought to Japan several of the toys that Hasbro released under the Prime line. It also, however, added the buildable aspect that gives the name to the line, the Microns (definitely not Minicons), some of which mirrored features of their larger counterparts. The ones featured in the latest Seibertron.com gallery, on the other hand, are part of the weapons series, using animal and humanoid modes alternated to smaller weapons and combinable ones: feast your optics below, and click on any image for the full gallery, on Microns Gabu, Baru, Dai, C.L. GR, Balo G, and Jida R!

Really diggin' that sword combiner, although, it doesn't seem like it would be light enough to do much with :-?

It's not super heavy. Most deluxes can hold it pretty decently if they can get a second hand on it to prop it up. Some older ones can hold it outright.

I buy them.

Heck I buy the moulds even when they are intended to not be Prime toys I still use them as such. (i.e Chromedome).

I plan to get the KO arms Micron soon as I can find a way to get the new ones and the older ones at the same time and not pay a premium for them - some of the new colours are really nice.

I think there is more variations than those shown here too.

As Haslab's Unicron reaches his final 30 day approach to our homeworld he has sent forth emissaries to tenderize his snack! We're not talking about Hook, Line, Sinker, or even Galvatron here. In classic Seibertron style the Chaos bringer has sent us new galleries of some of the coolest "Weaponizing" Unicron toys that have come along over the years - The Gaia Unicron figures! That's right we now have galleries up for Gaia Unicron, the Gaia Unicron/Optimus Prime two pack, and the baddest of bad dreams the Nightmare Gaia Unicron! We also have separate galleries for Unicron's Micron henchman Bogu (a Japanese word for Kendo armor) which transforms into one of Unicron's spiked arms, and Optimus Prime's Micron pal O.P which converts into a blaster.

These killer chromed Unicrons….Unicri….Unicronions...these multiple versions of Unicron were released between 2012-2013 to coincide with the Transformers: Prime cartoon, depicting the jaw dropping finale where we learned Earth was in fact Unicron, and giant stone avatars of Unicron started springing up from the very ground to fight our favorite heroes.

These were originally only available in Japan but were available to fans around the globe through various on line foreign import dealers at the time. Each of these Unicron figures converts into a spiky space cruiser that when sat upright looks like a mountain with the face of Unicron etched into it. These were also specifically designed to break apart and fit over either Voyager Prime Megatron or Voyager Prime Optimus Prime, hence the Gaia armor name.

The Haslab crowdfunding Unicron project has 30 days left and currently stands at 5660 backers! To sign up and be one of the soon to be legendary 8,000 head HERE to Haslab/Hasbro Pulse to secure your order for the biggest baddie ever there was!

Just click on any of the images to head to their corresponding galleries. Enjoy the views and stay tuned to Seibertron for the Ultimate in Transformers news!

Man, that Chinese New Year one is gorgeous. Always wanted to get that set back then.

Also thought it was pretty cool that they managed to make this figure turn into an active volcano shaped like Unicron's head.

So fun fact about the gallery process for the Gaia Unicron related toys. I actually started these galleries back in 2013. The last photos I took were around August and September 2013, which got me to the half way point with the in-package pics and the alt-mode pics. Something came up and I never got back to doing these galleries until this week 6 years later. I thought now would be as good a time as any since Unicron is so relevant right now. Enjoy!

And the volcano mode was designed to interact with the Armada toy, almost a decade old by that time...so could the new Haslab Unicron have been designed to somehow interact with this now-almost-decade-old mold?

They kept on unveiling surprise features on the new Unicron right up until they extended the deadline, so it's not impossible that we'll hear about him being able to arm mount G.U. as the Arms Micron Chaos Scythe or something on October 1. Not likely, and I'd be happier with him including an update of Dead End/Bug that turns into Floro Dery's concept-art moon, but an outside possibility.
