I don't know anything about the source, but I like what's going on with the toy. The kid riding inside of the bot is pretty cool. So in the cartoon, does the kid become the bot? Also, is this figure a retool of one of the Bee figures? Looks similar, but I'm not really up on the Cyberverse stuff. Cool looking figure

Like a lot of others, I don't have any connection to the canon to put this on my radar, but I like the robot's car mode and transformation, and I like what I am seeing with the engineering as a whole, so I hope we get more of this down the road

Greetings Seibertronians! Fresh from the first official promotional pictures of the Chinese Exclusive Nezha : Transformers toyline and cartoon, we have our first video review!
Blog Autobase Aichi found both the new in package pictures of the Nezha figure and a video review on the Chinese social media site, Weibo.
Here is the new in package images, with a close up on the back showing another two characters from the show. These were posted by Weibo user DioXDio.
The video review details the articulation, the conversion from Robot to alt mode (as well as showing us what's underneath the car mode) and shows that the weapons can clip together (though this primarily looks to be for storage purposes rather then anything else.)
The video review is in Chinese though,so please bare that in mind. The review was created by Weibo User Tao Ge Evaluation.
What do you think of this first release of this exclusive toyline? Any of you feel the urge to hunt down Nezha? Let us know in the Energon Pub and stay tuned to Seibertron for all the latest news and reviews!

Seems kinda weird to me to see a robot with a human face and what looks to be flesh like body parts ( ie. hands arms, feet ). I know the boy becomes the robot somehow but it still seems off in my brain.

I can live with the fleshy color on the robot, but i do wish they hadn't used that color for the nubbins sticking off the weapons. That's the part that's weird to me.

Remember the Transforners Nezha line? It was a China exclusive line with retools and new molds in Cyberverse style packaging. We haven't heard of this line for a while but ut seems to still be around. We have an image from Shebtutoybox of another entry in this line consisting of a Cyberverse Grimlock building set made up of Lego Technic style pieces. It has different face options and can be disassembled and rebuilt into his Dinosaur mold.
