Just take a picture of the existing Prime statue and convert it to B&W.

I still dont get the whole Magnus as a repaint of Prime...G1 (movie) magnus was something different...story behind this..anyone??

The original Ultra Magnus toy was a car carrier. The cab connected to the trailer, which both combined to form the robot mode. The cab was a white Optimus Prime cab.
Just look at the Seibertron galleries.

Shockwave killed Magnus, but he actually wasn't dead. He got up and walked with much difficulty and removed his armour piece by piece, eventually got to the chamber where Shockwave was going to kill Prime, took Prime's gun and fought Shockwave. It was kind of cool.

No Pic? and it's just a Re-Paint of Prime? Again? Not too surprised. It's funny, the original Toy, and the DW comics are the ONLY places you'll ever find Ultra Magnus Represented as a White redeco of Prime. Makes for interesting speculation for sure, but I want more OFFICIAL stories using that dynamic, and so far there have been NONE.
