on the official site, there is a page with an icon that you drag to your bookmarks toolbar. on any other site, click the "TF3 Web Wars" bookmark, and it will activate the application.

I beat those two easily, just keep holding the mouse button as long as they are still alive and aim on places that kill fast such as the head, it always works for me, or you may try to get a better weapon, remember that you can get the shocker from yahoo or some other website i forgot.
