Looks like you may have a decision to make when it comes to your third party Relector needs. They have also posted images of what appear to be a Reflector-ish set of robots. Three individual robots with the central piece shown in alt mode with a light-up feature.
The images can be viewed here at TFClub's Blog. However, the site requires registration so the images have been mirrored below.
Update: added computer renders of the Reflector set, which include alt mode.

Now I'm torn between the two upcoming Reflectors...
I hope one will be in Anime colours and the other in Toy colours.

When Buying from 3rd Person companies, I always thought Fans Project would be the only one I'd buy from but with this coming I may have to change my mind.

These NotConstructicons look spectacular. They also look very sturdy. They may be the best quality 3rd Party figures to come out, but I should reserve judgment until I actually get them in my hands.

PE is the winner, though, no question.

I shoved these together quickly: I still think Devvy needs his big purple chest wing...
Edit: Sorry Lost Cybertronian, I did not notice you had posted that already!

Not sure how anyone can make a decision on TFClub's Not-Reflector given as we've hardly seen any of it. I am reserving finally judgement until they show us a little more, which I hope they do soon. PE's SFX is meant to getting a pre-order any day now.

Just joking, of course you can 'play' with them when they come out!

More like "Bank account massacre." or just "Bankruptcy." jeezuz mayun.
Reflector looks cool. Not as small as the other one, and will have a 'flash' light too. Though it will also be "money murder" on anyone interested.

It would make sense for TFClub to do a toy accurate set with those heads, and a cartoon accurate one, maximise their repaint possibilities. Here's hoping anyway.

Pity they did not have all the figures on hand, I can't wait to see a non-photoshopped pic of all three combined.

Long Haul, you've gained weight!!!!!
but seriously, my only complaint so far is that the legs aren't his dump truck bed. But that is so minor that its almost not worth bringing it up

He had to bulk up he's got a lot of weight on his shoulders.

I mean, this "not-Longhaul": just look at the ground clearance. You can't tell me that on the scale these are designed at, more ground clearance isn't possible. Same goes for not-Longhaul's bed: I can see Deva's fists, right there! Even original G1 Longhaul had a realistic dump truck bed.
Scavenger looks slightly better, perhaps because it doesn't need as much additional work to turn into an arm, compared to what Longhaul has to do to become both a robot and a torso. That's why I think it's a shame that there's a big piece sticking out between Scavenger's front treads.
Hook seems to be the best one at the moment, although with both Hook and Scavenger, I hove they aren't too reliant on the arm and boom for extra support as robots.
The fact that FP's Crossfire Explorer and Munitioner are so amazing is because they look exactly like realistic vehicles, have amazing transformations into perfectly proportioned robots and also do the job of becoming limbs (OK, Munitioner doesn't really have to do much), at a much smaller scale.
I really hope that the remaining Deva parts will look good, and I'm pretty sure that the complete Devastator will look amazing... But right now, I'm still very much on the fence with these.

It looks like you may be able to rotate the fists so the hand holes aren't visible in alt mode. It doesn't completely eliminate the problem, but it will help disguise those hands more.

In the past their products have been available thru the usual online retailers; BBTS, TFSource, etc.

alldarker wrote:I don't want to tread on any toes, but I'm still not liking what I see with Project: Deva. It looks like the complete combiner ("not-Devastator") is going to look good, but at the price of having very ugly alt modes and pretty ugly separate robot modes.
The ground clearance issue isn't about scale, it's about the apparent design intent of eliminating combiner kibble. G1 Longhaul had a more realistic alt mode but at the cost of having basic articulation and having spare parts to set aside when not combined as a part of Devastator.

Explorer and Munitioner don't have to incorporate combined hands or feet in their design. It's all taken care of by the combiner kibble, which can fortunately be incorporated into the separate combiner members' assortment of accessories. The same thing can't be well done with the Project Deva figures.
So the two basic choices for a Constructicon team/Devastator styled figure with respect to hands/feet are either to incorporate them into the figure designs or make them combiner kibble. Each option has its own benefits and drawbacks.

I'm waiting with baited breath for the pre-orders.
I do hope they offer alternate Deva heads, but even if they don't, this thing is incredible.

Might have some Scramble City options.
I think it would be quite cool though if they were to release it all in one box, so long as the box is done right with good artwork and packaging.
Another possibility they could do is a box of 3, displaying on the front either the top half or the bottom half, like how Fansproject did with Munitioner and Explorer.
