Yeaaaah, I'm getting her because I love MTMTE/Lost Light and she's one of my favourite Transformers characters and there's no other figure of her, but... it is a little bit of a letdown.

Though don't let the render fool you. Those CG Renders make pretty much every figure look a billion times worse imo; it's the in-hand pictures I really need. And she does look better - though, yes, not excellent - in the actual photos in our galleries and elsewhere.

Yeah the headsculpt isn't that great. All of the defining features are there but the facial stucture is off. Doesn't quite look as feminine as the comic art. But like Kurona said it's her only figure and I too like the character quite a bit.

And... yeah, damn.
There's a few good things to be said. The legs match well enough, it's not a perfect resemblance but it's fine. The arms work pretty well since Nautica is supposed to have that kibble under her forearms so this actually works out pretty well.

... but then I realise why everything else felt off. The head is a bit too blocky and not round enough; the straighter shape and the stern expression make her seem like a much more serious-minded character like Elita-1 or Victorion or something rather than the awkward, fun-loving nerdy dork I very easily fell in love with. The fans being attached to the shoulders rather than sprouting out of her back make her way too wide to the point of silliness (it doesn't look like you can fold them back either which doesn't help, though even then it'd just look really dumb to have two big circles pushed off to the side like that), and... yup, that chest. Just doesn't work. At all.

Maybe Scourge would have worked better.

Pretty much what I was saying when we heard the rumor of Nautica from Blurr. I didn't think the chest would work out too well, and it doesn't look near the same. Some things work, but others don't. And I still love her!!!!

I still think the figure looks good, but, uh... in the same way TFP Kup looks good? Great design, really looks nice on the shelf... doesn't look an awful lot like the character.

Scourge would have been too bulky and his shoulders would have been far too wide. Blurr was the best route to go short of a new mold. Which would have been perfect. There's a Nautica face on shapeways but I'm not sure if it's that much better.

Nautica... I wasn't expecting it to be good, but no this bad. It's just a purple Blurr! That face isn't even feminine.
This is horribly disappointing.
