I'm surprised how well the limbs work wth the movie aesthetic.

Looks nice... my worry is that we'll later here "oh, those are just production sample colors... here's the real color scheme" and it's all bright neon G2 stuff lol

That 'Infernocus' looks about as good at the TF Prime Beast Hunters Abominus. Yeesh, they didn't even make the left arm into a proper ARM. They just rammed the tail into the torso and let all the other limbs and heads flop downwards to make 'fingers'.....

I just realised - this is another line that's starting to include Combiners after CW, along with RiD's Combiner Force. They even made a new mold for it.
There has to be a pattern here. They've gotta be putting these out with the mindset of seeing how well Combiners do in a main line - or, even, maybe CW done so well they've figured it's time to bring back Combiners in full force.

Either way, it is an evil looking legends movie combiner, and I am in love and I want it. I did like the BH Abominus, and this appears to take the torso to whole new levels. I am stoked to get this one

On the one hand the monotonous decos kinda bug me- I wish they had some more colour on them. On the other hand, the unified scheme does look nice on the combined mode, and seeing it with actual knees and a proportional body is neat. If it's cheap enough I might pick it up. I am a bit concerned about the lack of a beast mode image or steps count logo for Skulk though. I hope he isn't a monoformer.

Either way, I'm kinda wanting to buy as many variations of these molds as possible and build an army of Abominuses. They're really fun molds.

It's ok looking figure wanting to see new figure for quintessa oh well would like to see quintessa in trailer not figure form

Yep, 2 swords make one giant tail-like sword, like Scorn's lance arm

The blot and winrazor repaints look like they have 5mm hand holes.

But you also seem to be missing the point of the whole thing: DEMON. COMBINER. NAMED. INFERNOCUS.

In the combined mode picture, Skulk looks like it's about the size of a commander/scout/basic/legends figure. Which could hopefully mean that Infernocus would stand eye to eye with PCC Grimstone and that's all I really wanted out of Beast Hunters Abominus. It works even better now though with the Infernocons having a unified deco like the Dinobots.

Looks better than the original Abominus... I just hope is not an ugly resized, and keeps legion class size

I'm not sure why they came in a movie thread if they think everything from the movies is crap.

Anyways this is mostly redeco but quite a fitting one and looks pretty cool. Not sure if I'd get it but it's a possiblity.

This guy looks pretty cool, would love to see him in the movie, perhaps the limb-bots are the movie equivalent of the sharkticons and such from the '86 movie.

Definitely wanna see better pics of him first - especially in poses - but my interest is quite a bit more piqued than the prime version

Kind of reminds me of the new Megazord design from the upcoming Power Rangers reboot.

Looks almost entirely like the last release of this set. In fact, the new member looks like it converts in the same way as Blot...

Anyway, most likely the price is going up because it's a movie toy and "inflation", "rising costs", "the year 2017 prices", whatever excuse.

But the combination STILL looks like a complete mess (unfortunately). They should have at least ADDED KIBBLE, in the form of some proper hands and feet.

I thought it looked familiar - figure 3 in that diagram is the 'sinnertwin' (aka 'Twinstrike') Beast Hunter/Abominus figure... In fact most of them are just repaints of the BH Terrorcons. Maybe they'll upsize them a bit, but otherwise I don't see the point of getting them. Should have recognized them off the bat. My face would be red if it wasn't fleshless....

I am pretty sure they arent upscaled, we have already seen one of these molds used for this same line and its the same size as the rest of the legions:

Now that it turns out that's not Grimlock and part of a Combiner I'm a little happier.

Still salty about the constant reuse of the ROTF Optimus. I wish they'd make a new one already. Bumblebee makes sense as his design has partially reverted, but Prime's a new bot now.

Looks kinda cool, and I might want this if Skulk has another mode (I like combiners). I could stand to see a bit more color in some places, though, and I have mixed feelings about the head. The weapon is cool, but I'm worried it'll be too much for a 3mm peg to handle.

I think those are 3mm holes, actually, which would be consistent with the original versions of those molds.

I didn't think it was worth commenting on, since IIRC that's going to be a line-wide gimmick and thus its presence didn't surprise me.

Finding a way to do that, especially if you want them to not just sit off to the side in the uncombined modes, strikes me as probably being more trouble than retooling (or possibly even replacing) the limb guys would be, considering how they're designed.

Its grimlock, you can tell with the autobot logo and how its not the same deco, but that just means they are usig that mold twice this time in this line.

Also, for everyone wondering the price, the pricepoint for full combiners in this line was revealed to be 34.99 USD in previous listings.

I would have thought that Hasbro would have more sense than to recycle the 2nd worst combiner in franchise history. The first being Energon series Grimlock/Swoop.
I got some entertainment value out of the first version of this BH Legends farce for all of the first minute I owned it and then buyers remorse set in. I feel sorry for the parents that go out and snag one of these sets for their kids only to find that little Timmy is going to be all kinds of pissed off and frustrated within 5 minutes of getting it opened up.
