It seems like a 'Con problem... why do they need to get an Autobot medic to find out what the problem is? Was First Aid a hostage? This all seems to have a weird motivation, even if the resulting moral dilemma does fit First Aid's character.

Since when do Decepticons actually have medics, aside from Kiss Players Glit?
I feel sorry for First Aid, really. Moral codes are a fickle thing.
