Zap2it comes through with another upcoming Transformers Prime episode title and description. Season 2 episode 14's title is "Triage" with a May 19th air date, the uninterrupted streak contines! See the brief synopsis below:

During the third relic hunt Ratchet and Wheeljack get a one of a kind opportunity when Soundwave's deployer is disabled.

I just noticed that May 19 will feature three new Transformers cartoon episodes instead of just two.

It's gotta be Laserbeak, since he's the only Deployer we seen thus far in this show.

Both it and "Minicon" (note, different spelling from "Mini-Con") have been the terms for Soundwave's minions since 2010.
