I'm Canadian, and I don't know anything about this channel. 
Doh...I use Rogers, it doesn't look like I can get it. Oh well, doesn't matter. I have it on VHS, DVD, and on my computer, and that's more than sufficient.

It's a Cable Channel. It's on #38 in my area.
Anyways, it just finished.
