Speed Dial 800 is part of the Transformers Movie's "Real Gear" line. This toy is technically a prototype but it doesn't have any markings on it to indicate it as such. It is possible that this is a figure intended to be placed in packaging but never made it that far into the process. This figure was received on January 24th, 2007, a little over 5 months prior to this figure being available in the States.
