As strange as it may sound, that's how the instructions tell you how to transform the arms. The instructions!

YA but u think BBTS would know right off the bat that that is not how it should look and ATLEAST look at a video review to see how a fan(Mind u THE MAIN BUYERS FOR THESE FIGURES) would transform him.
