Our own Flux Convoy and Pete of the BotCon Council have pointed out the next figure in the BotCon exclusive can be previewed on the Official BotCon Site: it's everyone's favourite rookie Cheetor. He's a repaint of the Cybertron Clocker figure down to the spots, and is the second and final figure with a new head. They write:

Here is the very first look at CHEETOR in his pre-beast form
from the 2006 BotCon Figure Set! His color scheme is based
on the Anniversary CHEETOR seen recently at retail. This figure
features an ALL-NEW head sculpt designed specifically for this set!
When these figures are displayed with the Anniversary figures, the
visual continuity is apparrent.
