One thing that I love about the Autobot Heroes set is that they are not half clear plastic. That Decepticon set with Cyclonus and the Sweeps just doesn't appeal to me. And plus, I would rather have the newer Sweeps and Cyclonus.

I have all those Autobots already. BUT!

You can never have too many Sweeps. Plus the look better than that the Titan master on anyway IMO!

...if you are fine about an earth mode instead of their classic soap bar mode. :-P Personally, I like the soap bar. (Just remember to not drop the soap. You will be forever made fun of Seibertronians everywhere.)

I'm curious to know what the king of memes known as Shajaki has to say about this overly-used Internet joke.

Boom I am the new meme king. Thank you, thank you. *kicks you off the stage then talks in a Starscream voice* I am your new leader! Haha! Bow to me! *everyone sighs*

Look it up bro. It's too nasty to explain here. :-P

You could've at least quoted the whole sentence. :-P

And also, nice use of the Joker video. ;)^

"Don't drop the soap," is not an internet meme. It's a reference to prison rape that's been around far longer than that.

Puppy! :D

As for the Platinum sets, the only one I've really got my eye on right now is the Autobot Heroes set, and that's really ONLY for Ultra Magnus, who looks incredible. It's the most G1 screen accurate deco for that mold yet. The others, I either have better versions already or will soon enough (Takara Legends Blurr), so I'll likely sell those off or give them as gifts.

How is this thread being derailed so much?

First, towers, now, soap. It's a pity you Seibertronians derail things to easily or I would've had a sense of satisfaction by now.

I still think TR Scourge looks like a soap bar. And I love it. I think the old Scourge, although a good alt mode, just doesn't fit in with Cyclonus and Galvs as much.

Steering this back into better waters, the Platinum sets just aren't appealing to me. They are quite pricey and just aren't my cup of tea :MAXIMAL:

I probably would've gotten Year of the Monkey Primal if it wasn't Beach Machines Primal.

While Toysrus Canada has had the Platinum Planet of Junk set available for a while now, the set had yet to come to the US. It was only available as an Asian import with the high cost accompanying it (i.e. 120$). Thanks to fellow Seibertronian AZT, we now know that Target, the exclusive US retailer for this Platinum set, finally has this in stock. So if anyone has been interested in this set, it is finally available online for the more affordable price of $74.99 USD. For those unaware, this set is made up of:

Wreck-Gar as a redeco of Reveal the Shield Wreck-Gar
Autobot Hot Rod (NOT "Rodimus") as a redeco of Classics Rodimus
Junkion Scrapheap as a redeco of e-HOBBY United Scrapheap

Not a bad price. Though I would've expected another Junkion to fill out the set but, eh. *shrugs*
