As many of you know, I live in the heart of Wrigleyville, Chicago - which is home to SEIBERTRON.com (and the Chicago Cubs). Something has been on my mind for a while and now I think the time is right with the site's popularity to find out just how many of you are from Chicagoland.
I am looking to find out what kind of interest there would be for a SEIBERTRON.com Chicago-based fan-club gathering / small convention. I have noticed an insurgent of people from the Chicagoland area and several people have mentioned to me that I should figure out a way to get a large group of us together here in Chicago.
If you work in the Hotel or Restaurant industry in Chicagoland, I would be especially interested in talking to you to find out what kind of connections could be made for a small ballroom or conference room for a day or a weekend. Hell, if someone has a house out in the burbs, I'd consider doing an old school SEIBERTRON.com party as well.
Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions? Please introduce yourself and feel free to let me/us know whereabouts in the Chicago area that you live.
