Yesterday, we posted the rumor that due to the shakeup in the creative team at Dreamwave, James "Brad Mick" McDonough and Adam Patyk may have departed the company. We are now able to confirm this news for ourselves thanks to an e-mail from none other than McDonough and Patyk themselves!

Respecting the departure of McDonough and Patyk from Dreamwave:

We have a dispute with Dreamwave regarding our departure. We are owed a significant amount of unpaid fees which are being claimed from Dreamwave.
