Energon DVDs feature new dialogue

"The Battle for Energon" and "The Return of Megatron" DVDs were released today, and are probably available at your favorite North American media stores. They retail for approx. $12.99 US. The best news of all, however, is that they feature extended or enhanced dialog in some key places. Continuity glitches related to dialog have been fixed.

Windcharger, of the 2005 boards writes:
I just sat down to watch them and discovered that the toons have updated dialogue and a whole new intro with Optimus recapping all the happenings of Armada along with footage from the last few episodes. The new intro to the first episode now featers new dialogue between Misha and Kicker arguing about Kicker raising ocean city to go joyriding, and if I am not mistaken, some of the latter dialogue is updated or changed slightly as well. I'll report more as I see it.

Also, Alpha Q (say it out loud, quickly!) is no longer referred to by the innuendo induced name. S/He/It is now called "Alpha Quintesson"!

Sadly, the animation remains the same unfinished US versions. However, the discs feature four episodes each, in chronological order. For $12.99, this seems like a great deal!
