It's shiny, it's evil, and it's in the hands of a majority of collectors in Japan. We're talking about Takara TA-06 Voyager Megatron, who's been under the lens of collector Tagoal. We get an up close and personal look at the Decepticon leader. Notable differences from the Hasbro version beside packaging is the shiny metallic paint job and the purple Decepticon logo. Hasbro nailed Animated on their run. I've yet to see one of these I like better. The Voyager Prime looks great but as far as accuracy to show, I wouldn't say he's better.
Aside from the faction symbols, this is so far the only Takara version I think looks better, simply because I think they should always use silver paint when it comes to Megatron. That said, I probably still won't be picking this up because I already have the Leader version.
