Fan First Tuesday Transformers Panel Happening next Week

Took them long enough

Evidently the version of this announcement that was posted on one of the social medias (Instagram I think) specifies that it'll include at least SOME Legacy news, but considering how the last one was marketed as Con-heavy and then decidedly wasn't, I don't know how much solace I actually take in that confirmation.

I'll be more interested in the power rangers one tbf as im pretty much up to date on the waves and havent seen the slightest hint of what is upcoming (tho a mighty morphing red reissue would be great

Maybe a menasor reveal to get fans un/interested in buying all his components

Although the last ( or one in the recent past) advertised a con' heavy celebration and reveal, where no deception toys were revealed.

With #Legacy advertise it would be nice to see wave 2, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

I'm just glad they're finally getting off their arses about putting more pics out themselves.

And I am sure there will be Legacy Blitzwing in the reveals, so there will at least be that component to Legacy.

i used to get excited for these but the transformers fans firsts are so damn lame. The hosts are just so uninterested in their own product. and when they do pretend to be excited its killed by a reveal of something we already have seen. If they really want to impress, lets see the last 2 dinobots!

100% certainty that this event won't impress you then.

It would be nice if they revealed wave 2. Knockout, Tarantulas, Wild Rider would be nice to see.

I would expect an official Reveal of Blitzwing and a confirmation of whether PvP had him mistransformed or not in Jet mode.

Outside of that I don’t expect them to reveal anything important now. I’m betting Megalo Convoy will be leaked before he’s actually officially revealed.

My guess is exclusives, bonus points if they announce and exclusive repaint of a figure they haven't actually announced yet.

Yeah, I meant hi res photos in hand. not that blurry thing we saw from a presentation.

In other words an official announcement rather than a leaked image and a store computer entry. It is pretty weird, in previous years we'd get our first tease of the next Titan at NYCC in October, but here we are in April and they still haven't made any reference to the next Titan at all.

I'll be satisfied if Legacy wave 2 is revealed, but having watched enough of these Fans First streams, I'm guessing they'll only announce about half the wave, like two Deluxes, one Voyager and Blitzwing, then they'll reveal the rest of the wave in a low-effort #TransformersTuesday Facebook post three months later.
I do wonder if this next stream will say anthing more about Transformers: EarthSpark, I'd like to see more trailers or clips from that show, perhaps even the first few toys. I remember at least one "leak" saying Legacy Deluxe Elita-1 was going to be some kind of SUV, with some speculating she'd be a Crankcase pre-tool. Watching the EarthSpark teaser again, the vehicle mode kibble on EarthSpark's Elita-1 does look like SUV parts, so I wonder if the Legacy toy will take any elements from that design? Perhaps they could even pass it off as "EarthSpark Universe Elita-1" as an early tie-in for the show? Probably not, but it's fun to think about either way.

I saw it mentioned on TFW2005 a couple of times, though it may not be completely accurate.

We know the entire legacy line for non exclusive deluxes. Are they there?

A lot of people are wondering what the hour long Transformers panel next Tuesday will have and now we have some more info. Robosen posted a video teasing an upcoming Transformers project with the reveal date being next Tuesday. That's the company that brought us that $600 robotic Optimus Prime that can transform on its own. So, as Prime did, this will probably take a good chunk of that time. Plus, remember that Nickelodeon has that Transformers Earthspark show coming up, so that could take some time too, meaning that new toy reveals won't take up all that hour.

I mean, that's were the majority of the leaks have come from, but the only time I remember seeing anyone say Elita would be an SUV over there it wasn't coming from a leaker, and at least 7 people immediately questioned it and got no response.

Because those rumors, while from credible sources, came from before the big Target listings leak that ended up not including any of the Headmaster Jrs. It seems likely that they were planned and then didn't make the final cut, like what we were told happened with Kingdom Gears and Polar Claw, and they could still happen in the future since Legacy is questionably going to be longer than a year, but for this year they aren't in the cards. It's also been said that Elita is a pre-tool for Minerva like the Titans Return Megatron/Blitzwing and Optimus/Octane, so if/when Nightbeat happens in the future I would expect it to be this same mold again since the mold is primarily designed to be/look like Minerva and is only releasing as Elita first to get the mold in the retail lineup as a more marketable character.

Also that Siren was said to just be a Selects figure from Nightbeat's mold, so it would have led to the hyper-accuracy crowd complaining if it had come out anyway.

I'm still not convinced that it's not the Datsun brothers...especially the way their lights were slanted. That was my first snap judgement. The headlights just didn't fit a G1 BB...and there were three sets of identical-ish headlights...

Yeah, MPM 03 Bumblebee was a high end Bayverse Bee and that thing sold out. It wasn't kids or parents of kids, who bought that figure.

What I'm expecting:

I'd say that 2nd take will be pretty close,but adjust the times. This won't be a full hour. Probably 30-40 minutes at the most. Have to give time to "clear the room" for the next panel

Wow, we couldn't have been more wrong about the next Robosen release, it's a full functioning 3 foot trailer with RC roller. The trailer can not just fully open up with all sorts of motorized parts, it can also stand itself on end for battle mold. And Roller can actually pull the trailer! It's just ridiculous!

My credit cards are almost paid off, I really don't need this temptation!


Oh, and as I'm writing this they're announcing a War for Cybertron Art book featuring the cartoon, toys and unused art. Neat, I'll probably get that.
