The character Decepticon Slicer (aka Slice) was originally a European Action Master from 1991. This updated version of this character is a repainted version of Energon Downshift (Superlink Wheeljack). Apparently, this character is also part of the Shattered Glass storyline as well as the G2 Redux storyline.
