The listing on Amazon.ca says it will not ship to the US when I select it as my delivery address. Hope you have a friend in Canada!

Third party service. Just google ways to get items only sold in canada.

Damnit! I finally got around to opening my Graphy and Noise (sorry, I reject their transliterated names for the Hasbro market) set from Hasbro Pulse this evening, and wouldn't you know it, Graphy's got two left (or right?) gun/armor/chromed things. They should be mirror images of each other, but they're both exactly the same sculpt. That means, they only fit right on one wing tip in beast mode and one foot in combined mode. I don't know if I can get that fixed at this point. I bet Hasbro Pulse is out of any "customer service" stock by now. 
Even worse, Graphy's neck joint will not hold up the Noise half of Decibel in combined mode. He literally just bends over backwards. >.<
