Great news for fans in North America, another rumour from earlier in the year is coming to fruition. Here is what we had heard through the grape vine a couple of months ago:

And now we are seeing this play out. Hasbro Pulse has a new section on their site called "Partner Exclusives" where you can order products that were previously only available through a particular retailer. As of now, they only have the first wave of Walmart exclusive RED figures, so nothing to write home about, but the key here is the initiative. This also means that they might post other figures that were already out instead of just exclusives going forward. This would be very helpful to people looking for Thrust and Runabout, for instance. Also, this would help with the scalper issue many are facing since they are imposing a 2 figure limit.

Will this be for premium members only, early access, or open to everyone. I wasn't planning to renew premium until they started having more things I want. The free shipping and lack of stress over releases (just don't ask delta magnus about GB MP10) are so far the only reason and that's not good enough for me to renew right now at $50.

Should be open to everyone, but might have some premium access ahead of opening them to everyone like previous exclusives and back in stock Fridays.

My membership just ran out Sunday and I can buy the ones they currently have as of right now.

Hopefully, with Pulse spreading to the UK "very soon" this will also be how Hasbro supplies other regions with figures that are currently US/Canada exclusive. Instead of those regions having to wait for a potential Takara release or paying ridiculous amounts from US scalpers, they can just buy from Hasbro. Or not. Hasbro will still find a way to ignore a lot of their non-American customers.

Maybe I can snag a couple Cobra Vipers if they’re extending to other lines, but I’m happy with the three I got stupid lucky with and found at cost.

Everyone's memberships expired and I'm rather annoyed with the renewal being $50. They sent a survey back in April asking what we wanted to see from Premium, then in August they promised the program would be entirely revamped based on the feedback and gave us a sneak peak:

There's no mention of this on the current Premium page and I doubt my upcoming purchases (Deep Cover, Volcanicus and Abominus) will be applied toward any sort of Premium tier. They also said "our current status remains until the new program goes into effect", but that was a lie, this isn't a new program it's the exact same Preimum membership we've had since 2019, absolutely nothing has changed! Also when going through my emails looking for this info I noticed a few times they said Premium members would get "surprise gifts with purchase", but I know I never got anything free. I feel like from the beginning Hasbro has been promising a lot more than they've been willing to follow through with to get people to join. I don't think I'll be renewing unless they have some sort of amazing incentive or Preimum-only exclusive that I just have to have.

Excellent news indeed. But we Canadian better order in bulk because that base shipping price kill most deals.

I pretty much gave up on all those empty promises when we saw that the Black Friday coupon code was limited to only items that had been out forever and I already had. That sealed my fate for Premium, no way I was paying once they wanted me to.

But I have a feeling Pulse might come crawling back to us with some type of deal trying to get us back in once they see that not very many people are willing to actually pay for a membership. Sorry Pulse, Amazon you aren't.

Please don't be anything I want. I don't want to deal with Amazon. The bastards never shipped my Ratchet/Lifeline set. That order is still sitting there in limbo.

Earth Mode Sideswipe (retool) + Beast Wars Grimlock (voyager BW Dinobot redeco) and Earth Mode Mirage (same mold, new deco) + Beast Wars II Skywarp (the eagle figure that was part of Magnaboss but it doesn't combine)

Agreed with both of you, Pulse Premium just isn't worth the extra funds to pay for it. All it really did for me was the free shipping for lower cost orders, it didn't help me get any exclusives or anything like that
