Please read Moonbug from TransformersAnimated.com plea below:
The folks over at Entertainment Rights, the company with the distribution rights to Transformers Animated, are having a hard time getting UK free-to-air company GMTV to agree to a deal between the two companies which would see Transformers Animated shown on that channel.
You can read more about the Transformers Animated deal, which GMTV are currently stalling on, and then sign the petition which TransformersAnimated.com have set up, on behalf of Entertainment Rights, at PetitionOnline
You don't have to be in the UK to sign the petition, although we strongly ask every TF fan in the UK to do so. Entertainment Rights what to show GMTV that the show has a great following, and that it would be in their interests to agree the deal as quickly as possible.
Currently, if the deal does go through, GMTV would not be showing the cartoon until mid 2009. Entertain Rights wants the station to start showing the series this year.
We are asking all fellow Transformers fans to help Entertainment Rights by signing the petition at PetitionOnline.

We have had similar issues here is Aus too, but thankfully we have laws in place to limit the availability of Pay tv shows on free to air channels as well.

I'm going to be the bad guy and say this won't work. I say this because all online petitions have like a 99.9% chance of failure. Not to mention a lot of the petitions are just wishful thinking.
