That's what I hope. I bet it won't have any effect. I think the deal was made to so IMG could use IDW's orginal content. With all the hype Transformers is getting IMG would be crazy to mess with Transformers.

If this does screw up TF, Hasbro might as well hang it up on the comic book license. That is unless they would give it to DC, Marvel, or Dark Horse. Though, I'm betting it won't change much.

I doubt there'll be any significant changes. Most likely it's just a "going through the motions" sort of thing.

Hopefully it is only a management change, or something that allows more staff to be employed, or something to that effect.
Doubt that they would stuff around with the comics too much, especially those that are already in the process of being drawn/published.

Just been on IDW Forums and Chriss Ryall has posted the following:-
