Very interesting for the fact that the sale is for some pics only.
And good on the seller for making it obviously clear that the auction is for the pics only.

Gunrunner was my favorite Transformer toy when I was little. I wish I still had it.

Hmm, I do prefer the producation version. I loved Roadgrabber as a kid. Very playable toys.

I must be missing something here. I had to check TFU.info to see what these guys looked like before, and they look exactly the same.
http://www.tfu.info/1988/Decepticon/Roa ... rabber.htm
http://www.tfu.info/1988/Autobot/Gunrun ... runner.htm
They look to be the same colors to me.

The missiles, car claws and heads are different. It's not the most drastic of differences, but these definately aren't the production versions.

I can't wait to do the galleries of Gunrunner and Roadgrabber. Roadgrabber was one of my favorites as a kid. Still love the Pretender concept as one of the best!

Who are these little boogers? Are they even considered Transformers?
Looks more like sleeping pilots in a shell car for me.

Pretenders from 1989. Actually, they are awesome. There is a transforming figure that can sit in the vehicles, or use the vehiclle as a gun platform. The shells were treally fun as any pretender fit in there.
