Really wish I hadn'tve been slow preordering the Combaticons... Got all but Shockwave here secured. 
Really hope HTS gets him in stock soon. It'll probably be my only chance getting a Shocky.

Hmmm, neither mode looks quite as good as they could be. Shockwave's legs are too wide (rather like the 3rd Party Quakewave), and his alt's more of a tube than anything in particular, and with all the clear plastic it's a shame the gun sight is opaque.
But if it turns out FoC or DotM Shockwave can properly wield him, I'm SO buying this guy.

Oh, no, I've got three within a thirty mile radius. But all three are pretty damn unreliable. I do have a Target and Toys "R" Us I can go to, but Target is pretty hit-or-miss (thankfully it's a 65:35 chance that I find something worth while) with their Transformers, and TRU is a mix of slightly unreliable and overpriced.

I feel your pain brother. I've got one walmart close to where I live, no targets, no tru. And its got optimus prime and silverbolt, a ton of them. Never got a single figure after wave one.

I agree, this is basically where brick'n'mortar stores are at for us; fortunately, target hit is outta the park with wave 4, and my walmart has bcop and (I presume) the fixed mm's in stock along with a slew of wave 4. Guess they finally realized that, in order to sell tf's, one must first stock tf's

Sigh - I hope I come across legends Shockwave at some point. I guess patience will be key. He's all sold out now at every online outlet, and the places that ARE selling him are way too overpriced for my taste. Sooner or later he'll wind up in stores. I thought I'd never see Groove or Blackjack in store, but there are several of them now at my local Walmart.

He came in a two pack with a cybertron mode Megatron. Those are the only animated figures I have.

Would've made a cool Nemesis Prime, shame that design never had two axles in the back of the truck mode.

Well, Shockwave's bio in the production bible of the G1 cartoon did say that he can create duplicates of himself. It's just this feature was never utilized in the cartoon or any fiction prior to Aligned Shockwave using something like it in the Rage of the Dinobots comics (in which he had several avatars of himself spread all over Cybertron), and G1 Shockwave eventually finally used it for the first time ever in the Devastation game.
