Unlike the first wave, these come with comic books and they are quite evident in these photos for Air Raid, Breakdown, Dead End, and Offroad.

because since the comics are not in any other language than english, places with language laws could not get them. SO they would just give you nothig more than your toy. And thus, at least with the cards, I felt I was getting a little extra and no one was cheated of anything.stupid cards
