Gold weapons this time. Hope there will be none of the breakage issues associated with that form of plastic.

The plastic used for his weapons here is too soft and rubbery to suffer from GPS.

So GPS won't affect the soft type? Well that's good. The black btw on the police car fits him better than the original blue............too bad I can't afford to get another version :-(

Does GPS even exist anymore? I mean, when was the last know n case of it? The Star Wars TF Millennium Falcon from 2006 (seven years ago)?

I remember hearing reports of Movie 1 Protoform Starscream, but they were sporadic, isolated incidents rather than widespread occurrences.

Don't forget Micromaster Superion. Those 3 are the latest toys to suffer from GPS. Older toys that have just been confirmed to suffer from it are Beast Machines Snarl (the lion) and Optimal Optimus.

As GPS tends to manifest over the course of a few years (I'd say 5 years should the lower limit), we won't know immediately, only when it's too late. Soft types of plastic are definitely safe, so Movie Legends Scorponok does not suffer from it (just from an inferior plasticizer).
