Legacy Evolution Toxitron Collection Deluxe Figures Sighted at US Retail

Well that didn't take long. After the Toxitron Leader Class G2 Grimlock was found at U.S. retail, we now have a confirmed sighting of the Deluxe Class figures from the same line! Mirage, Sideswipe, Laser Cycle, Dead End and Jazz (in their unreleased G2 decos) were all found at a Walmart in Salt Lake City, Utah, by yours truly. After picking up Jazz, Mirage, and Dead End, it looks like the rumors of Dead End and Sideswipe being shortpacked are true. There were 2 each of Jazz, Mirage, and Laser Cycle, and one each of Sideswipe and Dead End, making any potential G2 Menasor harder to complete.

Yeah, got notices for Cloudcover, Toxitron and Jazz, they've been dated for 7/21.

Weird that Neither Pulse nor Walmart ever took pre-orders on the rest of the figures.

I MUST have that Grimlock, though I wish they had more of those metallic tiger strips going up his back. If I can mix that colour myself, I may just add them personally.

I can't find it now, but late last night i saw that the rest of the wave will be revealed at SDCC and put up on Pulse/Walmart for direct order.

2) I don't know/care what a Walmart is? But, to be honest, I think Spreem would be better suited as a redeco/retool of Tarn.

3) I know that. I was just getting my hopes up that with all the weird and wacky of G2 coming out, for some reason. That Spreem might end up among them.

Wacky pastel colors go back as far as 1988 when a whole bunch of Easter-colored pink/purple/teal Decepticons were released that year.

And G2 never had any Action Masters.

I found 3 Voyager G2 Cloudcovers at my local Walmart today. So he is out there in the US as well.

There has been of news concerning the Walmart Exclusive G2 Themed Line. The deluxes, leader (Grimlock) and voyagers were found in the US all of a sudden. For those wanting all the info you can on these toys and their special decos, we have in hand images below. We also have video reviews comparing them to previous decos/molds along with a look at the box art.
The rest of the wave should be up for pre-order shortly. Please be aware that Sideswipe and Dead End are shortpacked while the others come 2 per case.

Ah, so we have a weapon for Buzzworthy Hound in a redecorate before we even have Buzzy Hound. #-o

These decos are so terrible they are intriguing, but I am only really interested in Dead End
Maybe “Sunset” Sideswipe or Laser Cycle if on sale.

Baffles me why Walmart thought Lasercycle was worthy of being 2 per case over a popular character like Sideswipe and a Combiner member. Not surprising mind you, not after the stuff they did in Velocitron, but still baffling.

I have zero faith for my Walmart to have these in store.

I have my Toxitron preordered, but Sideswipe have yet to appear on the site. That's the only other one that I want.

I clicked on the picture of the G2 yellow Dinobot, to be fair. I tend to ignore the "Whoever Exclusive" part of any thread title. Even Amazon, with their Franchised "pass the buck" BS. Because it is meaningless to anyone outside the US.

OK, attention third-party companies: I want a headband and legwarmers for that Sideswipe. My first thought when I saw him was those neon leotards that women used to wear on exercise shows in the 80's.
