Firstly, that isn't the old spittor mold, it's a new mold.

As for the fox, there is so much remolding that I'm seeing this more as a "new mold", meaning they aren't using bits from the actual cheetor or Tigatron mold. So it could be that they used the cad images for cheetor to then retool and make a new mold which may be upscaled. It's still based on Cheetor and not tigatron though, or else the pelvic area would look different.

In box he does look more like a Deluxe, the difference in sizes is much closer in box and even on the back of the box than the initial image. But I agree, they've changed so much it's hard to say if there's any actual parts being shared. It's more like what we've seen in figures like Gigawat and Ectotron.

Definitely based on Cheetor, the forearm is the tell. It has the part of the cheetah/fox belly on the side. Tigratron's arms get hidden inside the belly and don't have that flap. Also, based on the location and size of the voids or holes in the bottom of the forearm, I think that particular part is exactly from Cheetor. If they upscaled it, the holes may need to revised or enlarged so that the relative thickness of the part could remain the same, so the proportions would be a little differrent.

I'm guessing it will still be a deluxe (possibly a bigger deluxe) and will use a handful of parts from Cheetor. The forearms for sure and likely some of the structural intenal parts as well. Probably similar to crossover X-Panse using just a few items from SS Jetfire.

A titan class USCSS Nostromo would be amazing.

That's actually one of the best theories I've heard about that figure, it's entirely plausible.
